WELCOME!
A note from LARRY L.
MILLER: A lot has taken place over
the past year and especially the last few weeks! I officially retired from teaching after 36 years in the
classroom at the end of the 2007-08 school year. However, that retirement did not last very long. I accepted a new teaching
position with
the Topeka Public School System about two weeks later and will be teaching
middle school science beginning with the 2008-09 school year. I am just not quite
ready to quit
teaching yet! Also, both my wife
and I are expanding our photography business, so we are both keeping plenty
busy! Those interested in visiting
with either of us about photography can email us at wakarusa@mac.com. We are taking on photo
assignments as our time allows.
Some of you may have
noticed that a number of items I planned to update at this website have not
been updated just yet. I do plan
to follow through with my plans, but it could be a few weeks or maybe even
longer. Please check back often
for those updates.
Also, to those Northern
Hills folks, I am still planning on adding more photos from the last week or so
that Northern Hills Junior High School existed before becoming the NEW Seaman
Middle School. I will add them at
the www.nhjhbiology.com site I created
several years ago. Since my old
USD 345 email address is no longer valid everyone will need to use the wakarusa@mac.com address when contacting me.
BEST WISHES TO ALL!
